Jenkins Mountain is located at the Paul Smith's Visitor Interpretive Center (VIC), which is located on NY 30 in the Franklin County town of Brighton.  You reach the 2513 foot summit by hiking the 4.5 mile Jenkins Mountain Trail. This nine mile round trip hike is a moderate hike with an overall elevation gain of 762 feet. There are views from the summit.

The Paul Smith's Visitor Interpretive Center features over 25 miles of trails to explore, including six miles of Nature Trails. There is a trail use fee during winter months to help pay for maintenance of grooming the XC Skiing trails. Check out the VIC website to find more info on all the trails at this great hiking destination in the Adirondacks. Look below for a current map (which you can download from the VIC website).
