The Deer Run Trail at Letchworth State Park, also known as Trail 11, gives hikers the opportunity to see what happens to farm land when it is given the opportunity to grow back into a forest. This trail has two trailheads on the main park road in the Gardeau and Saint Helena areas.

The northern trailhead has a small pull off parking area and is across the road from Trail 14 (Gardeau Trail). The GPS coordinates of the northern trailhead is N42 38.386 W77 59.326. The GPS coordinates of the southern trailhead is N42 37.606 W77 59.716.
