Hiking in Livingston County Conesus Inlet WMA

The 1120 acre Conesus Inlet Wildlife Management Area features hiking trails and overlooks that give visitors a chance to see the wetlands up close. It is a popular destination for birders and is easily accessed via parking areas off NY 256 as well as a parking area with a kiosk off Sliker Hill Road. Look below for a few pictures, a map and a video (coming soon) of this small WMA located south of Conesus Lake.
The GPS coordinates for the main parking area off NY 256 is N42 42.455 W77 42.694 and the GPS coordinates for the parking area off Sliker Hill Road is N42 42.899 W77 42.740 for those who have a GPS device in their vehicle. If you plan to do some hiking in this WMA, we recommend parking in the lot off Sliker Hill Road.
