Cobble Hill is located in Lake Placid, near Mirror Lake and Echo Lake.  It's not a "high peak", however it's short 0.4 mile trail to it's summit rewards you with a view of the high peaks.  The ascent is 462 feet and it does involve a scramble up a steep slab.
