Three Mile Bay WMA consists of 3,500 acres adjacent to Three Mile Bay, off Oneida Lake's northwest shore.  Hiking, boat access, birding, cross-country skiing, snowshoeing, hunting and fishing are some of the popular recreational activities in this Wildlife Management Area.

There is a hiking trail/gated dirt road off Wheeler Road/West Road.  The Oswego County Recreational Trail also skirts the WMA.  Look below for a map of the trails.  The walk to the end of the dirt road is 0.7 miles one way.  This gated road leads to the Shad C. Slade Field Station (trailer at end of dirt road).  The Oswego County Trail follows an old railroad grade.

This WMA is 6 miles east of Central Square, NY.   Access from NY 49 via Toad Harbor Road or Lower Road to Wheeler Road and West Road.
