Appalachian Trail to
North and South
Marshall Mountain

The Appalachian Trail presents a moderate climb as it ascends North Marshall (3368 feet) and South Marshall (3212 feet). Cliffs on North Marshall and lookout points on South Marshall offer views of surrounding peaks and valleys.  There is a small Appalachian Trail parking area just prior to milepost 16 of Skyline Drive. The final ascent on North Marshall is a bit tougher than you might expect.
